Message you can send

Hello, I have a leak / blockage / cv-ketel problem at [address]. The water is [on/off]. Can you visit? Please send an offerte and your KvK number. I speak English.

Who pays in a rental

A dripping tap or a blockage you caused is often the tenant (huurder). A broken pipe in the wall or a boiler at end of life is usually the landlord (verhuurder). This is not legal advice; the contract can differ. Source: Rijksoverheid, checked 2026-10-09.

ISDE is not an English form on this site

A heat-pump subsidy (ISDE) is applied for via rvo.nl, with a recognised installer. Amounts change. This website does not file the application. Source: RVO ISDE, checked 2026-10-08.
