Message you can send
Hello, I need painting / plastering at [address]. Rooms or façade: […]. Please measure and send an offerte with KvK. I speak English.
What to put in writing
Preparation (sanding, filling), number of coats, and who supplies paint. A cheap m² price often skips preparation. Ask whether btw is 21% or a special rate; official rates: Belastingdienst, checked 2026-10-09.
Flats and façades
A shared façade is often VvE work. Check before you hire. Source: Rijksoverheid VvE, checked 2026-10-09.
